“Hey everyone, I’ve probably been talking about this movie for a while now and finally things are starting to come together. ___________________Basically me and Dakota are filming this with a tiny budget from what we’ve come up with ourselves. We can’t pay cast/crew for now, however it’ll be good exposure and you’ll be credited. We’re not totally concerned if you have acting experience or not, as long as your feel would work well for the film, we’d be down.
You should be able to come down to New York in between the 18th-31st or maybe you know someone who would be interested and would be in town. We’ll have a crazy schedule, so if you’re not cast to be one of the principal roles, we’ll probably only need you for one or two days.
SAUDADE
Feature length, series of vignettes focusing on the relationships of two characters within a period of 5 months in New York in the summer. All characters are late teens to mid 20s.
Who we’re looking for:
Principal roles:
One male, one female between the ages of 18-24 (or at least looks between those ages), both have to be comfortable with a bit of nudity.
Supporting roles:
6 available roles for males, early to mid 20s = One character per vignette
6/7 available roles for females, late teens to early 20s = The friends of female protagonist/love interests to male protagonist
4/5 available roles for males, late teens to early 20s = The friends of male protagonist
1 available role for male, early 30s to mid 30s
1 available role for female, early to mid 20s
We’ll also need some people for our crew! Me and Dakota will be all over the place, and it would be great if we had people for extra hands. ”
